SharpPick helps real estate agents run their own referral network. When you use the app, we process a small amount of personal data to make that possible.

What we collect

• Your email — to sign you in.
• Your name, phone (optional), and the property information you submit as a tip.
• The agent you're tipping for.

Who sees your data

Only the agent you're tipping for can see the tips you submit. Other tipsters (even in the same network) never see your data. Other agents never see it either.

Third parties

We use Supabase for our database and authentication, and Resend for email notifications. No data is sold or used for advertising.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by contacting the agent you tipped, or by emailing us.
